Transportation Services
Crown Transit Services provides transportation services for school-aged children, families, camps, community groups, and special events.
All services are subject to availability, route capacity, weather conditions, and operational requirements.
Payments
- Transportation fees are due according to the selected service plan.
- Late payments may result in service interruption.
- Returned payments may be subject to additional fees.
- Services may be suspended until balances are paid in full.
Cancellations
Parent Cancellation
Parents may cancel services with 30 days written notice.
Company Cancellation
Crown Transit Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to:
- Non-payment
- Repeated violations of rider rules
- Safety concerns
- Fraudulent information
- Operational limitations
Delays
While every effort will be made to maintain schedules, delays may occur due to:
- Traffic
- Weather
- Road construction
- Accidents
- Emergencies
Crown Transit Services is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
Safety
Safety is our highest priority.
Drivers reserve the right to refuse transportation if:
- A rider appears ill
- A rider poses a safety risk
- Pickup or drop-off conditions are unsafe
Limitation of Liability
Crown Transit Services shall not be liable for:
- Lost personal belongings
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
- Service interruptions caused by emergencies, weather, or vehicle breakdowns
Modifications
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
